Materials used for the creation of Display boxes:
There are two types of material used to create custom small display boxes which are below:
- Kraft Paper
- Cardstock
Kraft paper is used to make Kraft boxes. These Kraft boxes are further used to make custom display boxes. Other than this, Kraft paper has two different types; brown and white. Both these Kraft paper types are used to make Kraft display boxes. The custom Kraft boxes are eco-friendly and also recyclable. Due to the nature of this Kraft paper customer prefer this material. Moreover, it has very less amount of chemicals and harmful materials.
As we are designing a custom Kraft box for displaying food items. The first thing to calculate is the size, shape, and width of the eatable product. Because custom display boxes are grippy. They grab the products tightly so that the product may not move easily.
On the other hand, if you want to display cosmetic products like lipstick or nail polish, you can do it. Because of the shape of the lipstick, we use a perforation type of display boxes to keep them at a place. That means there will be a layer of Kraft paper with a circular hole on the layer which helps to grab the lipstick for the display purpose.
